Attention Baytown dads! Like, for sure, if you don’t want to be a couch-potato watching reruns of the Cosby Show, take your sweetheart of any age where all the totally rad Dads are going - to the 11th Annual Daddy & Me Valentine’s Dance.
This ever-popular event, with you guessed it, a “Totally Awesome 80’s” theme, will be held at the Baytown Community Center, 2407 Market Street in Baytown, on Friday, February 3, from 7 pm - 10 pm.
Girls, get your leg warmers, tease your hair, and find some day-glow neon; dads dig through the closet for those checkered “Vans”, stonewashed jeans, and your super-gnarly Rayban shades - a professional photographer will be on site offering various packages to capture this special event.
Advance tickets go on sale January 17 at the Community Center for $7 each; admission at the door will be $10 per person. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
In addition to the music and dancing, participants will be offered refreshments and the opportunity to win door prizes.
