Doing Business with the City of Baytown
Businesses or Individuals wishing to provide goods or services to the City should complete the Vendor Application and submit to the Purchasing Department for review.

Surplus Property/City Auctions
The City Charter and State of Texas law provide for several methods of disposing of surplus City property. The most common is a public auction. The City of Baytown uses online auction for the sale of surplus property. To view current auctions, view the Rene Bates website at www.renebates.com
Vendor Marketing Calls
The Purchasing Office is located at 2123 Market Street, Baytown, TX 77520. Vendors can request an application at any time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Visitors wishing to meet with Purchasing Department personnel should email their meeting requests to purchasing.org
The Purchasing Department should always be the first point of contact with the City for the purchase of any goods or services. We will direct you to the proper City department that may be interested in your product if applicable.
